Words are Finally Flying!

My daughter is almost 2 1/2 yrs old and the words are finally flying!

It is so neat to hear the words that she comes up with for her feelings
and objects.

Some of her newest words are cookie, wall, lemonade, (which comes out
sounding really cute!) tow truck, read, TV and Elmo (which she pronounces
Emmy) soooo cute~

No interest in potty training whatsoever!!

Something that has really surprised me lately is the sibling rivalry that
is already showing up.

Tonight while my son was eating dinner, my daughter grabbed a big fist full
of his hair and pulled. If someone has a juice cup, the other one has to
have one too and if my son has a book, my daughter will inevitably grab
the book away from him and any other's that she can get her hands on so
that he can't have any. It is cute in a way, only because they are so
young and I really didn't think anything like that would happen so early,
but in another way, it gets on my nerves! I get on to my daughter to share,
but so far, nothing yet.

They keep me busy!! As if I didn't have
enough to do!
